The name is only on the side(the side opposite the spool side) the decal looks as a low def laser print copy which is just a sticker. there are no setting recommendations in the spool compartment.
It's probably a140 there is no 135

Check the earth clamp, make sure all the cables or in good condition and secured, if the unit is three phase, get an electrition the ensure all the phased are functioning. test the fuses with a meter, get back to me if all is OK

Your liner is grounding some place make shure the tip is not touching any thing but the answer to your question is there is a direct short in your feed hose or tip or liner

The mig welder should be capable of welding aluminum not stainless but the makers should be able to give you more detail. mig is used for steel and aluminum normaly but I do not know this transformer
