You'll need to be more specific. Acer makes several Aspire 3 notebooks. Many of their manuals are available here: https://www.acer.com/ac/en/US/content/drivers . In the drop down menus, choose Notebook, Aspire and look for the model number. Current Aspire 3 notebooks have model numbers that start with A315. Service manuals are difficult, if not impossible, to find as they are intended only for technicians. You may be able to find one for sale somewhere, ie eBay or some other web site, but the likelihood is low.
