Hello, That would be a system ring group programming feature. It would depend on the type of phone system you have. NEC Elite 192, Elite IPK, Elite IPK 2. There are different platforms and this would determine how to program it.

After that your phone will be reset.

I think you have change its internal setting so reset your phone again so its again setup your phone and your problem has been removed like phone ring.

These phones work on about 8 NEC systems, but for a PRO II, an Elite, and an IPK, the standard code is Feature,80, Feature from one of the two main reception extensions. Don't know the code for a 2000, 8100, or IPK II.

Your unanswered calls go to voicemail if your phone is set to call-forward-busy-no-answer. If that got cancelled by mistake, then your phone will ring until they hang up or you answer. These phones work on a bunch of NEC systems, so I don't know what your cfbna code is. On the Pro II, the Elite, and the IPK, the code is 43 plus voicemail pilot number, if your codes are at default.

Sounds like the voicemail is locked up or dead. If you have an Elite, an IPK, or IPK II, they use a similar voicemail circuit card, and that card is way past its prime. If your lucky a system reset will bring everything online, but its possible it's gone and not coming back. See an actual service tech for this type of serious issue, not a good idea to try this on your own.
