Here's the web address for drivers for your motherboard:

http://support.asus.com/download/download.aspx?SLanguage=en-us&model=P5LD2%20SE

You need the chipset drivers and possibly the Audio and LAN ones, too. There are specific ones for your operating system.

Unless there are serious problems with the motherboard, you don't want to mess around with the BIOS.
