Oakley orokr ear bud repair

I need to see the rear or know if this set has speaker outputs. If so, then 1st, place your speakers on the walls or floor where you want them to stay. (Attach the wires to them first.) The black wire, black stripe or silver colored is the negative side. Run all the wires to the back side of the amp. Allow enough slack to put the wire under the carpet or along the walls to be out of the way and concealed if possible. Make sure to use a thick gauge of wire. The thicker the better. The thin stuff is junk! If you go to Lowes or Home Depot to get the wire, it will cost less and it's the same thing! Don't waste your money on 'Monster Cables'. Just get 12 gauge spkr. wire and it'll be the same thing. 14 gauge is the typical gauge for powerful spkr. wire but 12 gauge is for those who want earth shattering, furniture moving bass. (Think about it. How much power can go thru a thin wire verses a thick wire?) Run that wire to the black connection of the speaker that corresponds to it's position in the room. (Left front spkr., right front spkr., left rear spkr., right rear spkr., front center spkr. or sub woofer spkr. Find the red & black connectors for each speaker on the amp and attach one of the two speakers wires (the one w/a black stripe or silver colored or totally black to black). And the other color wire for the same spkr. to the red connection of that spkr. on the amp. It's not hard. Take your time and think about it. It makes sense if you look at it one spkr. at a time. Hook up only one spkr. at a time. Before you know it, it'll be all hooked up and you'll say I did that?

I see Thumps and Orokrs that have been sent to me for repair, returned to the customer unfixable with a clear description of why, only to see them listed on eBay as not charging or wont turn on, not tested ect.

In the United States, OROKR Pro is warranted against manufacturer's defects for 1 year from the date of purchase. Outside of the U.S. please contact your local corporate office for warranty information. Coverage is valid only with proof of purchase from an Authorized Oakley OROKR Pro Dealer. Oakley will have the option, at its discretion, to repair or replace the defective product for the consumer. This warranty does not cover scratched lenses. Oakley may replace or repair the product with new or reconditioned parts or product, and the replaced parts or product become the property of Oakley.

EXCLUSIONS AND LIMITATIONS

Please note that this warranty does not cover the following defects or damages to your Oakley OROKR Pro product:

1) after the warranty expires;

2) if the product was not originally purchased from an authorized Oakley dealer;

3) from repair services or attempts not performed by Oakley;

4) from normal wear and tear;

5) from fire, earthquake, flood or other natural disasters;

Credit card information must be provided for Customer Service to issue an RA number. Oakley cannot accept any product that does not include a valid RA number on the shipping package. RA numbers are valid for 15 days. If you ship the product to Oakley for warranty, you assume the risk of damage during shipping, so it is your responsibility to purchase any necessary insurance from your shipping carrier. the headphone jack inside the unit has 3 attachment solder joints the botton right connection point breaks free of the board. the way to fix it is to get a small phlips screw driver remove the 4 black screws on the back of the unit remove the metal back, then remove 4 silver screws on the outer edges inside the unit & remove the board from the front cover & with a soldering iron with a very small tip resolder the loose connector to the board be carefull not to over heat the board or plastic jack & just put the unit back together.
