Cannot install the ''googlr toolbar''

go to add and remove programs and Delete or remove "Ask Toolbar".. Your Ask toolbar is giving you this message.
Some program you added gave this toolbar to you as an Add-on.. You don't need it or want it, All it does is send data back to Ask.Inc and they sell that info for Cash.. If you want remove it and re download it your self into whatever browsers you may be running but the more tool bar's your running the slower the internet data to your system is because "They" Third party add on's get the info first then you second.. APN (Ask Parnter Network) Updater is a software utility that installs with the Ask.com internet browser toolbar and keeps it automatically updated. I suggest you remove the toolbar. Should remove APN Updater by Ask com

Here's how you can get rid of ASK toolbar and set Google as you homepage:

1.To uninstall Ask Toolbar program from Windows XP, Windows Vista or Windows 7, click the "Start" button, then click on the "Control Panel" menu option.
If you are using Windows 8, simply drag your mouse pointer to the right edge of the screen, select Search from the list and search for "control panel" .Or you can right-click on a bottom left hot corner (formerly known as the Start button) and select Control Panel from there.
2.When the "Control Panel" window opens click on the "Uninstall a program" option under "Programs" category. This option is shown by the arrow in the image below. If you are using the "Classic View" of the Control Panel, then you would double-click on the "Programs and Features" icon instead.
3.When the "Programs and Features" or the "Uninstall a Program" screen is displayed, scroll through the list of currently installed programs and uninstall Ask Toolbar, Ask Toolbar Updater, Ask Updater and any other recently installed or unknown programs from your computer. That should uninstall Ask toolbar from your computer. You'll also need to remove extensions from your browsers. For setting Google as home page, once Ask toolbar has been removed, just open your browser and paste this link in the address bar:

It'll automatically detect the browser you're using and give you instructions on how to set Google as your homepage.

You should be able to view utube videos using any recent browser such as Internet Explorer, Firefox, Opera or Chrome as long as you have a high-speed Internet connection. There is nothing to install assuming your Flash Player plugins are already installed.
