If you're trying to find a service manual, they're only available to franchise owners and service personnel of Aerus.

I need a users manuel for my Epic floor pro floor shampooer model # S1058
The manual can be found at http://www.aerusvacuums.com/support/manuals/index.cfm.
You can go to either "Current Modesl" or "Older Models" and select the Lux Floor Pro. These are basically the same machines as yours.
