I didn't have my book after moving and set the program to PAL. How can I get it back to factory settings or North America TV? All I get now is B&W and moving up & down the tv ... impossible to read. Thanks ... Patricia

How to reset Pandigital 7 in. Planet Tablet to factory settings?

There are two ways to do it. You can either update the firmware and it will erase everything for you, or you can do a factory reset, and return to factory settings. Go to Settings, PDN settings (not the Android settings menu) and scroll right to the Reset Defaults location. Tap on the reset button and you will be taken back to factory default settings. It might take a while to reload, but after everything it will be back to factory defaults from when you first bought it. Updating the firmware might be your best option if you care to resell it, because it may cause less issues for the next person and less chance of any returns.

The picture is only black and white and is flashing on my computer screen. Sound is good.

Usually, this indicates that video source is PAL but the capture is set to NTSC, or that the video source is NTSC but the source is PAL.
Make sure that the video capture device is set to match the signal of the input.
PAL is used in Europe, NTSC in North America.
How you set it depends on the Video Capture software you use, but look for PAL/NTSC setting and switch it.

There should be reset button on the back of the router unit a pinhole if not then you may have to go into the router and reset to factory default that is log into the router with either 92.168.0.1 or 192.168.1.1 depends on the manufactuer.
You can also go to the manufacturers site and get the factory default or reset settings.

Phase Alternating Line (PAL) is a colour encoding system for analogue television used in broadcasttelevision systems in most countries broadcasting at 625-line / 50 field (25 frame) per second (576i)
NTSC is the video system or standard used in North America and most of South America. In NTSC, 30 frames are transmitted each second. Each frame is made up of 525 individual scan lines.
You might try disconnecting all power from the system. unplug it.
disconnect the TV. Power back up. Maybe it will reset to factory settings. See if your TV will have a switch to NTSC.
