My 360's graphics card is going psyco and I bought the service plan from Walmart. The website says to call to file for repair, and the phone says to go to the website to file for repair. How can i get my 360 fixed?

How would I file a claim in mich on walmart. My wife worked there, I got legally disabled and was going through 3 sergeries the year she worked there, and they told her... "your husband isnt our responsibility.. Come into work or your fired." she called the next morning explaing I was hospitalized and she couldnt make it, and they told her thats it.. she was fired and not to come back to work!

This is starting to sound like a scam, the sales person @ Walmart need not even know what to give me for the extended warranty I had to ask over and over about the paper work on Warranty,he just wanted to go on break. after 15 minutes of frustration I got somebody else that gave me the paper work. gatta love walmart!!

My understanding of Walmart's service plan is that it is an extended warranty; you can only use their plan to repair your products after the manufacturer's warranty is up (in this case, the 3-year warranty Microsoft offered after so many complaints).
Call Walmart and ask to speak to someone who actually knows electronics and is familiar with the service plan. Let them know that your Xbox 360 is no longer under warranty from the manufacturer (if that is true) and that you would like them to handle the repairs.
You should be able to then just take it in the store and have them fix you up. Make sure you bring all the service plan information so they don't give you any fuss about account numbers, etc.

We are having a simular problem. We called Microsoft, thinking that this was a recall problem with the 3 circles on the console. They trouble shot the problem and it worked for a week. Now there is no picture at all. I called Microsoft again, and they gave me the run around ( suprising, ha) So I called the extended warranty people and they are having us send the console in to have it worked on. Now here goes another 6 weeks. I am sorry, everyone else wants their money RIGHT now, but WE have to wait over 6 weeks to get this fixed.? I am a little upset over the service not being faster. Especially since this is an ongoing problem with others.
