Many local jewelry stores have a local/regional watchmaker to whom they send watches. You might try your downtown jeweler. OTOH, all of the chain jewelry stores have contracted with local repair folks for watches and jewelry. Take the watch to one of them and they'll "send it off" for replacement of the button. Depending on the brand/model of your watch, repair is likely to be a lot less expensive than replacing the watch.
I hope this helps! Please post rating, if it does.

I have Sekonda analogue / digital watch, it has 4 buttons but no winder. How do I change the analogue hands to the correct time?

Question edited for clarity.
Question moved to Watches from Sewing Machines.

Here is every Sekonda Manual. Look for a 4 number code on the back. Normally there is a button combination that moves the hands fast or a click at a time like an alarm clock or timer.

I have a Fossill SpeedwayTitanium, the second hand doesn't work, i tried the fixya suggestion by pulling out winder and clicking the start stop button, with no sucess, it doesn't work

the module of your watch must be cleaned, bring it to watch service center, they have to see it and they really know what they are going to do with it.

Try this.

Pull the winder out fully. Then press the top right chronograph button to move the centre seconds hand on. Then push the winder back in.

on some models you should only pull the winder half way out.

good luck

Reset chronograph

Hi, I had the same problem and was able to fix it by reading the manual:

Basic Settings for the chronograph hand -
After changing the battery, or in exceptional circumstances, following incorrect operation, it is necessary to reset the Chrono indicator to zero (starting time).
- Leave the winder in Position 1 (pushed all the way in)
- Press button H (top) and button I (bottom) at the same time
- Now set the 30 minute (small hand) counter to zero by pressing/holding button I (bottom button)
- You can now set the 60 second counter to zero by pressing/holding button H (top button).

This worked for me... it took me a while to figure it out, but that

Resetting GMT hand

I have CL1180 and had the same problem, pulling the winder out to position 2 (fully out) and using the buttons resets the second and 10th second hands and putting the winder in position1 and using the buttons does the same for the minute and hour hands. However finding position1 was tricky, only seems to work on the way out from fully home and not on the way back from pos 2.

Hope that helps.
