My new 4250n printer is showing the "59.40 ERROR" message. I have turned it off then on as directed and checked for any jams but still come back up with the 59.40 error. turn the printer off for at least 20 minutes, then cycle power. If the 50.2 fuser error occurs again, you may need to replace the entire fuser assembly OR you will need to replace the power supply.
Replace the fuser unit (they last about 75K pages in my experience)
1. Power down the printer and unplug it
2. Remove the fuser from the back side of the printer
3. Replace the fuser unit with a new one
4. Turn the printer back on
Any of the 49 errors are from the formatter board, you may need new memory, or a new board. The machine doesn't reset from this error without a new board.

Well, by now you may have found the solution, however, make sure that in MS WORD under File > Page Setup > A4 is selected, and if you still this prompt (error), just click on OK and proceed with printing.
The Laserjet Printers are capable to print upto 5mms from the edge of the border.
