My TomTom GO 730 has the option of sending instructions and music through the FM radio. I set the radio and gps to the same station. It does connect (there is a sample music that plays through the radio when it is connected), but I don't hear anything after that, i.e., I don't get any of the spoken directions through the radio.

I've tried that. It disconnects (I hear static on the radio), then when I reconnect, I get the sample music. I press the 'done' button. When i press the directions area on the screen to hear the last instruction, all I get is the volume slider. I don't hear instructions over the radio. All I ever seem to get over the radio is the sample music. Is there some other setting that is causing problems? I've tried that. You don't have 'read street names' checked. Is that an issue? I am at work right now, so I won't be able to try this solution for a while, but I'm confused as to why the read street names and read foreign ... is not checked.
