TSONIC 610 NOT POWERING ON

select your model and apply the firmware, following the instructions...

I had the same problem and this fixed it.

follow this process
right click on computer then
1. click properties
2.hardware
3.device manager
4.universal serial bus controller(open the + sign)
5.click upper one double click
6 go to driver
7.click on the update driver
8. then choose second one (advanced) then next
9.click don't search
10.then next next if it is over
same process with anotherone then restart your computer and enjoy you ipod
and don't forget to give rating

it is affected by a virus.
get it replace if it is under warranty period.
even i faced the same problem,and got it replaced twice :^))

the problem occurs because the usb(of ur comp) where you are trying to connect has been disabled

T.sonic cannot operate after it was formatted in Windows
Formatting T.sonic using the “Quick Format” or “Full Format” option in Windows destroys the
default format of the T.sonic. To retrieve the default format, you must link to
http://www.transcendusa.com/ and download the firmware updates for the T.sonic.

Upgrade to new version of firmware. I think the latest is ver 3.4. Good luck.

Hi , I am also having a Tsonic 610 2Gb Player . I just bought it in April 2007....it's just 2 months old...whenever I start it,it's gettting swithc off..so I am not able to use MP3 player now...
