Hi, White screen on motorola razor phones can be caused by either the LCD or the flex of the screen.
First, you will need to check for the flex by replacing the flex of the phone. the flex controls the display of the phone and the keys on the keypads of the phone.
The LCD also can cause a white screen display. After replacing the flex and if it's still has white display, you will need to replace the screen.
Black as in won't display anything? I'm not sure how old your phone is
but, if there is no display at all, it sounds like the connection
between the display and the actual phone has either broken or come
loose. I would at least take it somewhere to have it looked at because
it could have just come lose or possibly be another problem all
together. However, if it the connection is broken (and I hate to be the
bearer of bad news) there isn't really anything you can do to fix it.
I had the same problem. I sent it back to Motorola for warranty. They fixed it and said it was a connection issue. The connection between the screen and the keys came unplugged. This is a regular problem they have with this phone. The phone is poor quality!!!!
