Touch paid not working - Computers & Internet

Maybe you have the touchpad turned off. Some models have a switch that is located at the top of the touchpad in the middle that toggles the touch pad on or off.

Some model you have to tap twice in the upper left hand corner of the touchpad to turn it on or off.

Some model you have to hit keystrokes that toggle it on or off. You might have to Press and Hold the ALT key or the FN function key located at the lower left portion of the keyboard, then hit the key that toggles the touchpad. The key that toggles the touch pad will have a finger pointing at a square that represents the touchpad.
