If you are running windows vista or windows 7 then you need to go to the power setting on the system, in the advanced options and look for wireless power setting. Turn the when on battery setting to leave the wireless card running instead of turning it off.
Go to display settings, screen saver, power options, balanced power or power saver, and look in there for the wireless adapter.
Ones the wireless drivers are installed along with all the other drivers and utilities you can get from acer, then you can turn on the wireless with the wireless button on your laptop, now you should have wireless connectivity.
if im not mistaken u have to set up a network connection and save the settings and load them into the next computer u want to be linked. windows network wizard should explain it quite easily.
If it is an internal card you should be able to obtain them from Acers website. If it is an external go to that vendor and extract the files from them!
