Go to your radio tuner screen and go to your set up page then use your remote and press 5,4,3,2,1,0 and hidden menu will pop up then you will have to press the tool looking button on the left side of the screen and it will give you an option to it off so you dont have to hook up the pink wire.

Theres a quicker way. take the pink wire and touch it to the ground wire and tape it. then the blue screen will go away and you can play dvds all the time.

How to by past the brakes wire for the dvd to play

According to the owner's manual, the pink wire is your parking brake wire and it has a label 'PRK SW' on it. It requires a negative signal to show that the parking brake is engaged. If it is currently hooked to your parking brake, you will need to trace it to where it is connected and remove it first. Be sure not to leave any wires exposed that can short out. Then connect the wire to a source of ground. this can be the black wire coming from the head unit, or a convenient screw nearby that is mounted to the vehicle chassis.

The manual can be found here:

Please note that it is likely illegal to have video playing where the driver is in view of it. Check your local laws before considering making this modification.

2: Hit "setup" on the remote control
3: Enter 543210 on the remote, listening for the beep for each number entered
4: A new menu will appear. Touch the button that has the hammer/screwdriver on it in the upper left-hand part of the screen.
