SOURCE: total care advisor has stopped working. Computer

To sort out "Total Care Advisor" i suggest going to HP's support site and re-download it then install it again, to be honest i would remove it completely, but by the sounds of it you will be better with it on.

The Recovery drive is a partition that hold's all the information to re-install your machine should it become corrupt. Please do not delete anything in here, unless you have all the disks to re-install your machine and are compitent on how to do this. It having only 11% left is pretty normal, as i say dont delete anythinf from here.

Keep getting Error 'a' is null or not an object internet explorer script error

Im willing to guess that this is a glitch with the HP Total Care Advisor utility that appears at the top of the screen. Its happened before with me there and removing it solved the issue for me. (Im on a Compaq, however they install that on Compaq Computers too. Since its HP that is.)

Let me know if removing this utility works for you. Also there is some other stuff named HP you can remove safely from the system that will help eliminate this problem.

HP is notorious for loading in a lot of junk at the factory that is bound to produce errors such as the one you have encountered.

Unable to run HPTotal Care Advisor

So, first you need:

Either -
HP Help and Support for Microsoft Vista (32-bit Editions): here

or

HP Help and Support for Microsoft Vista (64-bit Editions): here

And you'll need:

HP Active Support Library: here

However, I cannot find the HP Total Care Advisor anywhere.

Try Add/Remove Programs and click on the Total Care to see if there is a 'repair' option.

Hpsudelpacks.exe stopped working

I had the same problem. When I finally reached HP about this they said that it could be my firewall. You can turn off the firewall then download.

I opted for the second solution, which worked just fine: uninstall, then reinstall the HP update program.
Click START, then CONTROL PANEL, then PROGRAMS AND FEATURES. Select HP Update program from the list, then click uninstall.

When this is finished, then reinstall from Recovery Manager. Go to this website:
http://h10025.www1.hp.com/ewfrf/wc/document?lc=en&cc=us&docname=c00834921&dlc=en
It is called “HP and Compaq Desktop PCs - Performing a Software Application or Driver Recover in Windows Vista” if you wish to search it.
Follow the instructions at this site.

You can access Recovery Manager on the menu when you click START.
