Will I need a convertor box for Model TVM1916F

I'm sorry, but the TVM1916F is not digital. You will need a converter box if you have an antenna for your signals.

My ge tv digital ready?

Your TV is NOT digital ready. IF you do not have cable or satellite, you will need a converter box. If you do have cable or satellite you have nothing to do or worry about as the cable or satellite box will automatically do the conversion for you. Hope this helps

My phillips tv model#27pt5445/37 serial#ya1a0540045497.my question is will i need a converter box for this i have a roof aerial.i donot have cable.

I have this same t.v. According to the product brochure it has NTSC connections, not ATSC. According to the government's DTV website, t.v.s that don't have ATSC connections need a converter box.

So, yes, your t.v., and mine, need digital t.v. converter boxes.
