Iv a ps50c45ob1w with no volume. what might be the problem

Here are some combinations to reset the device:
I. Volume Up + Home + Power,
II. Home + Power,
III. Volume Up + Volume Down + Power,
IV. Volume Up + Camera,
V. Volume Up + Volume Down + Power.

The IV was Victor's lowest priced model for many years. Production was started in September of 1911. Full production was discontinued in early 1924; however VV-IV's were still being assembled and shipped in low volumes as late as the spring of 1926.

Is there any buttons on the side that you can press up or down when you are talking on it to change the volume? Mine are the same ones that you use to set your ringer tone volume. When you are talking it uses the these for ear piece volume. please rate my answer so I get points for it.

Yes, there is a way to adjust the volume on your Discovery 925 headset. See page iv to locate volume control button and page 8 for the instructions in this link for the Plantronics Discovery 925 User's Guide.

not really alot you can do i dont think. Most acers iv seen have been the same compaired to my toshiba. I do agree though it is rubbish

No just look around for a magnetic cartridge pre-amp or turntable pre-amp.

Its important to set your webcam mic as default (the one you want to use) especially if you have a laptop with a built in mic as well

TEST SPEAKERS
Right click on speaker icon in System Tray or from Control Panel
Select "Playback Devices"
The speaker icon ( checked as working) and volume level graph should be visible
Right click on the volume graph and click "Test"
Left hand speakers followed by right hand should be heard

SET DEFAULT & TEST MIC
Click "Recording" tab.
To set required (webcam) mic as default - click on mic font to highlight and click "Properties"
In lower dropbox display "Use this device enable" click 'OK'
Click "Levels" tab and ramp up sliders (adjust to suit later)
Return to "Recording". Test mic by speaking and make sure volume graph displays

Restart computer

The volume in your system and your television is separate. Mute your television, and rely only on your system.
