Question about Jabra BT2050 Bluetooth Headset

How to get new batteries for jabra bt2050

I'm having trouble charging my Jabra BT2050 bluetooth. When I charge it, it blinks once only and won't go into charging mode. I've read that this indicates the problem with the rechargeable battery. So how do I get service to replace the battery. The product is still relatively new and in very good condition. Once I leave it charged for a while, i can hear it bleeping and it can be detected by my phone and can be paired with no problem. The problem is that soon after being paired, it lost the pairing - i guess because of "weak battery"...and doing that a few times before the battery went flat... Appreciate a practical advice please...! Cheers...

Can't pair my VBT2050 with motorola Droid

BT2050 must be off.
Push power button and round top button on BT2050 ear piece at same time until white light stays on. Both must be held down together.
Once white light is continuosly on (not blinking) then put droid in "Scan for device " mode.
Pairing should then take place

How to get Jabra BT2050 in pairing mode? Problem - Rogers Tech Support asked me to ''wip'' my BlackBerry 8520, after that the bluetooth device stopped working and won't go into paring mdoe. Thanks.

Press and hold the center round on/off button for 10 seconds to put Jabra BT2050 into pairing mode. Type in pin "0000" when the BlackBerry 8520 detected the bluetooth headset, then the two should be paired. Hope this help.

I bought a jabra bt 2050...i cant get the led light to stay on..it only wants to flash...and it wont pair with my blackberry storm

Try to press and hold the center on/off button for 10 seconds, this will put the Jabra BT2050 into paring mode.

Assumptions made:
1) The BlackBerry is Bluetooth enabled.
2) The Jabra BT2050 is fully charged.

Hope this help.

My Jabra headset won't pair with my phone--my phone can't "discover" the headset. The headset is charged and when it is turned on, it blinks three times in a row

Assuming you're talking about the Jabra BT2050 headset press and hold the center (round) button for at least 10 seconds; light will stay solid entering the pairing mode. Follow instructions on your phone.

Jabra BT2050 Bluetooth Headset not found on cell phone? I turned on the headset, and when i search for it, the headset doesn't show up. My phone just says "no new devices", and its not a known device

Try pairing it again. Make sure Bluetooth is enabled on phone, turn the BT2050 on by pressing and holding the side power button. Then, press and hold the center (round) button for at least 10 seconds (light will stay solid and it is now on pairing mode). Follow instructions on your phone. Hope this helps.
