I have just installed Ricoh Aficio MP2000 copier. I have shown the client how to put the login password. After putting the password by himself client forgot it. I have entered in the service mode and tried to remove it but no success. If someone knows about it kindly reply on my e-mail id how I can remove the forgotten password.
Try getting into service mode and see if you can reset the user passwords by turning them off in the settings.

This code may work to get into service mode since it works on most Ricoh models.
Press and hold the C/S button for four seconds. Then press 107(c/s). To exit out of service mode press the c/s button.

you can reset it just login as supervisor:
user: supervisor
pass: (blank)
click configuration>program and change administrator

The copier is not in network. Client forgot the login password and now they cant use a copier. So is there any way to remove that forgotten login password?
