Kenore front loader model #481027 water starts to fill then stops

The water starts to fill then 2-3 minutes later stops filling then then starts to fill then stops& doesn't fill up or shut off and doesn't do anything else; no other functions are working (ie. spin, drain)....this was just purchased/installed approx. 6 wks ago & is stackable...pls. advise thanks....

Machine won't fill with water
Check that the inlet screens on the water supply are not clogged.
Make sure the water is for certain turned on (assuring nothing has changed).

If those are not found to be the problem, then it could be the fill valve(s) or the timer control.

Are you sure that water fills the tub ? Close the hot water tap and check if cold water fills in, then close the cold water tap and open the hot water one and check whether hot water fills in. Let me knw with your test results.
