The remote must have a menu button. click on menu, and try and search for the picture option. once there, fiddle with the sharpness, contrast and less brightness options.....that should fix it.

Hold down the Vol - key on the TV. When Volume is at the minimum, hold down the 0 button on the remote. Remain holding both keys for at least 1 full second. Be sure your arm or hand is not obstructing the remote IR beam to the TVs IR receiver.

Just check whether the front panel control buttons are jammed or not first. The fault you reports indicates taht. If there is no such situation, the microswitches inside it is damaged. Microswitches and one that gets in contact with the pushbutton switches you press at the front of the TV panel. These are fitted inside the front panel control. There are six of them inside your Tv. All of the are alike, and replace all the six of them at an instance. Thery are cheap to buy, and can be purchased from any electronic sparepart shops near your area. Open your TV and locate the switches, usually fitted on the front panel. Resolder it one for sample, and go for the new one.

I adjusted the sharpness al the way down and the screen rather than white snow it's colored snow. Its kinda like the old antenna days of bad reception. All other tv's work fine. Pixilated
