Check your tyre pressures and re-set TPMS if necessary.

Bell d is right, its youre tire pressure monitoring system. its a rim mounted tpms that calculates the psi in your tires. if they are low light will come on and beep. so its not a good idea to get aftermarket rims unless you want to pay for the tpms for each tire and have them professionally installed.

This is a tire pressure monitoring light. Check your air pressure.

Mazda 2004 rx8 anyway to get rid of the anti theft deterrent

Unfortunately, there is no way to get rid of the anti-theft deterrent in the 2004 RX8. The only way to disable it is by using the vehicle's key fob to deactivate the deterrent. If you are having trouble with it, you should consult the vehicle's manual or contact a Mazda dealer for more assistance.

2004 mazda rx8 immobilizer system

Try first using the ignition key to unlock the system , in case this is locked.

If it is not this, then you can reset the whole system by unplugging battery cables for ten minutes.

Ensure you have your car stereo code if you decide to unplu the battery, as you will be asked for security code when you connect back the battery.

2004 mazda rx8 will not start until you cycle the ignition three to four times. check fuel pressure and have 58 psi when pump primes system

Usually the crank sensor. I would take a really good look at the electrical plug first. The female connectors in the plug tend to spread apart with heat. And wire tend to break right behind the plug.

Changed battery in rain have lights engine turns over but no fire

The rx8 has the rotary ankles engine in it, these have porcelain tipped rotors instead of pistols and are prone to wear resulting in them not starting. The car should start with a bump or toe start. This will require an engine strip down and rebuild and should only be carried out by a qualified mechanic. (Mazda recommend rotors be replaced every 25000 miles)

Let me know if this helps

2004 RX8

hopefully you didnt use too much starting fluid. you dont want youre rx8 to be a crack baby. but as ardyrr said it is common for plug fouling and packs going bad. check packs for discoloration on the back side. if present, replace packs. if plugs are fouled replace them too. wires are probably damaged too or next in line to go. and when replacing parts please use oem or performance parts. cheap aftermarket parts will only cause more problems in the near future.
