I paid for the premium Fixya plan for theM P 800 canon

With the canon service sheets now in my hard drive,I have tried the various on off reset button combinations to no avail.
The sheet lists the 6A00 error as being --error in A P motor--fixed sheet feed unit--logic board assy.--or purge unit.
How can I isolate each one of these and test its function please?

Hi
Try it
The 6A00 is a Canon generic code for paper path jam.

Solution 1:
Move the printhead carriage back and forth a few times.

Solution 2:
Check the purge unit: Moving the print head assembly will not clear a purge unit if its jammed with paper, paper clips, push pins, screws, cookie crisp, flower bud pods or the like.

Solution 3:
Press the ink pads down in the purge unit.

Please come back and just gave a vote, it will gave me some satisfaction to know am helping some one so I will keep on helping.

Is there a way i can make it so my symphonic model wf803 can play dvds from other regions?

As you can see in the highlighted area below, I have already purchased the premium plan. This has not helped me solve my problem. I don't know what to do next. I paid almost $20 for a session that was cut short and I have not been able to reconnect. When ever I try your program wants to charge me again even though I sign in. So now what?? On top of that by the time I get an answer to my emails to you my time will have run out. Hmmmmmm, doesn't seem right!! Thank You for Purchasing Premium Live Chat Assistance!
