Hi iam gaurav patil Control panel displays: "!Print Cartridge. Refer to printer documentation" What does this mean as device does not resposnd to any command whether through computer or on the control panel 2 day i refil my cartridge then also i cant print my docs pls solve my problem

Either a cartridge has failed or electrical contact with it has been lost. Remove the cartridges and clean the area where the electrical contacts are with a Q-tip lightly moistened with distilled water. Do this on the cartridge and the printer. Be sure both cartridge and printer are completely dry before reinstalling cartridges. Once reinstalled if the problem persists the cartridge will need replacing. Be sure to use either high quality refills or OEM cartridges. Low cost refillers may sell you a refilled cartridge with similar electrical defects as you current problem and you'll be in the same place. Reputable refillers have equipment to test all circuitry on the cartridges to ensure their functionality.
