No accumulation of ice

I have replaced water pump, inlet water valve, completely cleaned unit, adjusted cube size and cycle time.
Unit made ice for about two days and has not worked properly since.

I am looking at probable solutions and am thinking maybe it's the hot gas valve. Is that a good place to start?
Where else is best to focus on?

Unit is Scotsman brand, home ice machine, model DCE33

Check to see if your condensor coil is clean, use an air compressor or other source to blow thourgh the coil, dont just brush it off. newer refrigerant charged systems need as much air flow as possible to work ,also make sure the cover is on the condensor section while the ubit is in nrmal operation. try setting the cube size to lowest setting and let run for 24 hrs. Let me know if you need further assistance.

TAYLOR ICE CREAM MACHINE DISPLAYS HPCO COMPRESSOR.WHAT DOES IT MEAN AND HOW DO YOU REMOVE THIS CODE

HP co is a high pressure issue on the compressor. It could be a restriction in the orifice or the expansion valve. You need a valve and gage set.

Machine runs and mixes. Compressor seems to run but mix will not thicken. Seems like mix is not getting cold enough. A water cooled unit.. Tried to bypass water intake switch so water was always...

if its a water cooled unit when the compressor is running water should be running thru the valve, if it isn't be sure you have the water correctly hooked up and its cold water, if it is and still no water you have a bad valve

Danby icemaker not pumping water

I have the same problem, the ice shovel was catching and not moving forward to shovel the ice, this stopped the ice maker. i have cleaned off the surplus plastic from the molding process (on the underside of the shovel) and this so far has cued the problem.

Freezer bowl not frozen!

Preparing the Freezer Bowl:
The freezer bowl must be completely frozen before you begin your recipe. The length of time needed to reach the frozen state depends on how cold your freezer is – for best results, place the bowl to the rear of your freezer where it is coldest. In general, freezing time is between 6 hours and 22 hours. To determine whether the bowl is completely frozen, shake it. If you do not hear liquid moving, the cooling liquid is frozen. For the most convenience, leave your freezer bowl in the freezer at all times so you can take it out any time for immediate use.

Features and Benefits:
  • Freezer Bowl – The double insulated freezer bowl contains a cooling liquid between the bowl walls to create fast and even freezing. In general, the required freezing time of the bowl is 6 to 22 hours before use. Additional freezer bowls are available separately for making double batches or different flavors without interruption. For additional information on preparing the freezer bowl for use, please see below.
  • Base and Motor Unit – The base contains a heavy-duty motor that is strong enough to handle everything from thick, rich ice creams to smooth frozen yogurts to slushy frozen drinks . The base unit features a generously sized on/off switch, rubber feet to prevent slipping and keep the unit stationary while in use as well as cord storage to keep counters neat and safe when the unit is not is use.
  • Lid with Ingredient Spout – The easy-lock, transparent lid secures to the base with a simple turn, allowing you to watch the freezing process as it progresses. An ingredient spout at the top of the lid is generously sized for pouring in ingredients and ideal for adding nuts, fresh fruit, candy pieces and more without interruption the freezing cycle.
  • Mixing Arm – The mixing arm mixes and aerates your frozen desserts and drinks, incorporating and blending all ingredients thoroughly.
  • Instruction/Recipe Book - The included instruction and recipe booklet helps you get started with over 30 recipes and variations for ice creams, sherbets, sorbets, frozen yogurts and frozen drinks.
