Red light is on for temp and power on my Hitachi Starboard

Call hitachi service center to fix it. It may have a circuit problem or the lamp itself is deffective.

video is not coming but audio is coming

did you try setting the lamp over the red light on the tv?

first step to take:
refer to the user's manual to find: How to replace the lamp?
and second replace the lamp. www.andrewselectronics.com. prefer original ones.

Try this:

Symptom: All Front LED indicators are flashing in sequence: Power-->Temp-->Lamp-->Power......continuously
Cause: Replace Lamp . This symptom may happen all the time or it may be intermittent. It is normal if it occurrs from time to time, See OG under TV Front Indicators explanation notes.

Try checking if all the fans are working when you swich on the unit. Normally a static red temp. light is a faulty fan that will have to be replaced.

The fan may have went bad. If it's out of warranty you may open it up and try and blow some dust out of the fan to see it that may do the trick if not it may need to be replaced. Westexaudioelectronics.com
