I am trying to set up my email connection on my motorola pebl phone.
i was in setting and they ask me about isp settings, which are apn address, user name, password as well as dns ip.
i do not know what they are? i have hotmail and yahoo addresses for my emails.
can you help?

You can Bluetooth them to the pc or you can install the Mobile Phone Tools Software on the pc and then transfer them via USB cable

levsgob - yes you need to download Mobile Phone Tools you can go to brvp.com or install the cd if you have one.
EXINRON - try resetting the phone and if that does not work then you may have a mms setting problem and u will need to contact your provider for further assistance

As on most Motorola phones, the lens that covers the main LCD must be carefully removed to access the screws underneath to pop off the exterior faceplate. Once that is done, there is a silver main casing that protects the LCD. Pry up the side to remove it. You will then be able to access the LCD for removal.
