I could tell you how to use this but there are so many varaibles depending on what plants you want its best to deal with them directally

is everything clean did you flush the system in clean water before adding new solution?

Filters are located in the bottom, just pop the grow chamber off and there they are.

filter is probally on the pump,most pumps pull apart easily

pumps probally blocked,blow air down pump line.run oxy plus or mild bleach though system,rinse in fresh water after
