My Dell printer 924 is showing error # 1203 after I changed the black carteridge. Please HELP!

Go to page 59 of the manual ("http://support.dell.com/support/edocs/systems/924/en/om_en/om_en.pdf" if you don't have it) look for
code 1203 in the middle of the page. good luck!

Prenter 926 shows error 1203
A 1203 error usually involves some type of cartridge problem.

Did you recently change a cartridge out? If so, did you use a factory new ink cartridge by Dell?

If you did not, then that could be your problem.
