Create an Excel Document
Preferably on a another Notebook or Laptop so you can have near you to access and enter new details
(without internet if want to be really safe)
Title Your Columns Eg.
Company Website User Name Password My Email
Add more column detail as desired
Use different Worksheets for differents subjects Eg. Admin Shopping
Rename & colour each Worksheet Tab
Password Protect the document for security
I save mine titled Computer Information in a Folder called Adninistration
Also in this Folder I have other stuff like Inventory of all my electrical stuff with serial nos. and purchase details and repair or service contact for each item
No more writing details down in a book or on note paper then losing it...
Makes life bloody easy when all in one place and simple access & edit
