DELL 964 PRINTER WILL NOT ACCEPT ANY MEDIAM TO...

THE 964 WILL ONLY PRINT ON STANDARD COPY PAPER. IT IS SET ON AUTO, HOWEVER I HAVE TRIED ALL THE STTINGS AND NOTHING SEEMS TO WORK. IT JUST WILL NOT PULL THE PAPER IN TO PRINT.
