I hav high speed internet not much stuff at all on the computer always got on their quick but last nite it woodnt let me on i thought because there was 2 many pepl but i tried at lik 8:00 in the morning and it woodnt again

Audio is easy...requires little ram to operate. Video today needs 2 GIGABITS or more for VIDEO. A lot depends in the Motherboard Processor also. If it is old, the main processor is no doubt slow. High speed internet is faster than some computer speeds and thus the computer is trying to buffer (catch up) which causes means conditions to occur. Lag time with Video is one problem.
Windows operating system is another. Win 8-10 are ok, but older OS's are slow. THEN we have a Video Card problem. Old cards require new drivers to keep up with changes. Some old Video is slow because the VIDEO RAM is too slow and old. Solution = a New 2018 Computer

set the Asa as high as possible, use a tripod or mono pod and don't shoot when people are running. You basically just don't have enough light and your lenses are way too slow. That's why you see those huge lenses on pro photogs cameras at football games - they gather much more light and allow them to shoot at higher shutter speeds that freeze the action. It also depends upon how much light is on the field - they use a lot of light for pro sprorts

Before adding any ethernet card, try to restore your system by using system restore option available with windows to a date on which your system was perfectly working. If the your system works fine after that, then it is quite likely to have your system infected by malicious software or anti virus. Scan your system for virus. If the ethernet is not working then add a new card after disabling the on-board network card in the CMOS setup.

Try to update your flash player, after instal--restart your computer, and try zinga again.

ping is not dependent on internet speed. Some kinds of internet have higher ping than others. You might need to change your isp

It is a speed sensor located on the engine block/ransmission case, look for a wire.

Unless you have a jump drive and high speed internet access at the library you might be able to download the patch files that way.
