E02 error code: control board or motor issue. Test the motor first to check if the motor can runing normally. If motor is normal, replace the control board. E03 error code: 1,Turn on the treadmill , motor running a few seconds then stop and console board shows E03, probably the Speed sensor issue.

It is a misaligned or faulty speed sensor located on the main motor

please follow the steps and fix it.
E03': No sensor signal. Sensor wire is faulty, replace the sensor wire. Magnetic sensor wire is NOT working, change the magnet wire or reset the magnet. Please clean it too.

The error e03 is associated with a speed issue. Most likely a misaligned sensor which is a small black cylindrical piece about 1.5" long and will have a cord that runs from the lower board around the frame and points to the front drive pulley. It should be about 1-2 credit card widths away. Also check that the round magnet is still located in the front pulley. On most units an LED will light up on the LCB (lower control board) as the magnet passes the sensor. If your handy enough to check continuity then look for an open/closed signal as that magnet passes. If this all checks out then very likely you have an LCB issue. You can however also check the motor brushes and run the motor separate which is another topic
