Janome 4014 manual

Do you mean the Janome My Excel ME4014? If so, the machine uses class 15 bobbins. One source is https://www.sewingpartsonline.com/bobbins-janome-kenmore-elna-102261103.aspx? . There is also the Memory Craft 4014 which I think also uses the class 15 bobbins.

I've looked for a manual for the machine & can't find one, here's
