It sounds like your mailbox is full. Maybe your mailbox is set to not allow enough messages or enough time. If you simply have too many messages that are hang-ups or the like and you would simply like to start over, the easiest thing to do is delete the mailbox and create a new one.

I can give you the fast answer and the slow answer. Fast one is to go to the main phone, press PROG and dial **1234. The system should go into programming and you will be looking at system program 000. ENTER. From there, using a combination of the SEL, FWD and CONF keys, you should be able to navigate around the time change, using ENTER or STORE to save it.
The arder way is to grab the manual here http://www.public.carl.airpost.net/TDA/TDA_PTPM_32.pdf and start reading it from page 12 then follow the instructions on page 16.
Keep in mind that TDA programming is usually done from the master phone, or any phone assigned programming status. It may be all or NONE.

Since you can't exactly press the INFO softkey :-)
Try the TRANSFER button on an idle phone. It has 3 steps, one of them will be the date and time.

The simple answer is on the intercom dial *7102 9 number #. That forwards all calls outside. However, outside line and trunk-to-trunk programming has to be programmed into the system.
There are other conditions located in the Operating Manual under Call Forward. In mine, it's on page 71.
