I have had this before when the paper was the wrong size. make sure the paper is the same width as the printer and it is covering the little sensor on the printer. Make sure you have closed the platten arm down onto the paper fully. If this doesn't correct the problem, you may have to see a dealer. ---------------------------------------------------------------------------

Setup receipt watermark on casio tk-1550

If you removed the batteries and lost all of the other programming but the old receipt message is still there, then someone has programmed a bitmap logo into the non volatile flash memory. You should take it to a dealer and get them to flash the logo back out and ask them to change it to a normal text logo so you can program it yourself.

I got a casio TK 1550 and i need to change the name of the store and also the phone number.

It is under 'programming receipt message' in the book. You will need to learn how the programming sheet works in order to get the correct characters to print. It is best to go over the examples in the book to understand the layout, then go through the codes for receipt message programming. If you still get stuck, I can refer you to the correct areas and examples in the book. If you need a user/ programming manual, c-tech collective have one here: http://the-checkout-tech.com/manuals/cashregisters/Casio_TK-1550_user_programming_manual.html
