That is not a good sign, this indicates the LCD panel display is failing, I would use until it completely goes, and replace the monitor with a new one , cheaper in the long run.

you can solved your problem by your self but i am not sure it will work 100%.,1st UNPLUG power cable for safety! just open your monitor back cover via crew driver., now you should see some adjustable plastic scree on board plug your monitor with power and witch pc. now try to adjust plastic crew one by one. you will find the screen re-sizer crew. hope it will work. if this is now work then you should visit a good local engineer.
Your camera's Colour has been set to "Black and White". Select the camera icon on the power selector, and 'auto' on the mode selector. Press the menu button, and use left and right to find the "Finepix Color" setting. Use the up and down to select "Standard" instead of "Black and White".
Usually it's on the front (lower right hand side)..you can also try to disconnect and reseat the power cable of the monitor since you're away for a long time..
Check the following: 1. Monitor cable (is it connected properly?) 2. Video Card (it could be loose) 3. Driver for your video card (was it installed correctly?)
If the caps you took out are rated at 50v it is best to use that rating, lower value caps can short out and cause additional problems. Also a white screen means 1 of 2 things, either the power supply is still not putting out the right voltage or yo have a small fuse blown on the lcd panel. The most likely cause is the power supply is still not right. If you can take a few pictures of your power supply board and send them to me at [email protected] I will see if I can cross reference the board with something and try to help you out.
You can update graphics driver, if that does not fix the issue check the display on external monitor. If the external monitor works fine you can isolate checking the display in BIOS Setup scree (Restart your computer and keep tapping F10 to getinto BIOS). If the same issue in BIOS, you may have to change display of the unit.
since the issue occurs seperately with 2 monitors, I'd be inclined to check out the video card. It may be overheating and shutting down. If you have someone you can have check the monitors on their system that would be best. It is rare for 2 monitors to display the same symptom, more often it is the video card itself.
