I plugged my the printer in a different voltage source that what the printer is manufactured for- in other words, my printer accepts 110 voltage sources only and I plugged it, by mistake on 220 volts power outlet. There's seem to be a part that controls the power supply that needs to be replaced. Any help you could provide to direct me to the source that would supply such part would be greatly appreciated. Is the feed roller turning? You can look in the front of the printer at the big roller. Try to print and watch the roller. If it isn't turning prepare to buy another printer.
