Intermatic does not post that product manual, or the door label for that specific product. Nor is the door label clear when viewing images of timer.

Copy following links for possible assistance wiring timer, and then setting timer:
http://waterheatertimer.org/pdf/RC2403RT-Door Label.pdf
http://waterheatertimer.org/How-to-set-timers.html

How can i set up the time of the pool light in the a box model T10004R?

Typical T1000R series pool control center has space for 2 timers, and comes with one T104M 240Volt timer. Additional timer mechanism can be added to control lights, etc.

Copy following link for setting T104 series Intermatic clock, with link to wiring diagrams.
http://waterheatertimer.org/pdf/How-to-operate-and-set-T104-timer.pdf

Intermatic pool timers are extremely durable and versatile, and modular so they can be repaired almost indefinitely using ez-to-locate parts

Can it be put on a timer so it won't come on so often

Yes.
If spa plugs into ordinary outlet, then choose heavy-duty outdoor timer. Use P1261 with GFCI or P1121 without GFCI.
If outlet already has GFCI, do not use two GFCIs
http://waterheatertimer.org/pdf/Intermatic-P1100-series-sell-sheet.pdf
http://waterheatertimer.org/Intermatic-timers-and-manuals.html#P1261

If spa is hard-wired, then install T101 for 120volt, or T104 for 240Volt

I have an Intermatic 4 function Air Switch with Timer RC2343PT for my pool and spa blower switch. The timer no longer turns off at night. I have to manually turn the breaker off each night and turn it on...

You might need new trippers?
Problem is not fully clear.
Can't tell what is new, and what is not working. Add a comment.

You have a new timer with same problem as old timer.
And you have a new control box and switch.
At your new house.
You have RC2343PT air switch, likely with PB913N84 24-hour timer module with manual override knob.
http://waterheatertimer.org/images/Intermatic RC2343PT.jpg
http://waterheatertimer.org/pdf/Intermatic-PB800-PB900-timers.pdf
http://www.poolandspacontrols.com/~/media/Files/PoolAndSpaControls/Products/Instructions/RC2403RT.ashx

The RC2343PT air switch operates a pool-n-spa blower switch.
Pool and spa blower successfully turns on-and-off with circuit breaker.

Did you install a new PB913N84 timer module?
Are both ON-and-OFF trippers present? Are the 107TN222 and 107TN221 on-off trippers worn down and need replacement?
Does the timer dial rotate and keep good time?
What happens when you manually rotate the timer dial clockwise two rotations? Does the blower turn on-and-off?
Have you checked wiring terminals for signs of loose or burned connections?

Add a comment with more information for possible additional help.

My timer for my water feature looks like your Intermatic T101R3 timer. I do not have an instruction manual. Can you e-mail me some simple instructions for using this so I won't get charged an...

T101R3 is outdoor pool timer with fireman's switch.
Some are double-pole, some are single pole, some are 240V and others are 120V.
They each look like the other so eyeball identification is not enough information.
The model number should be inside door of timer.
http://www.poolandspacontrols.com/products/mechanical%20time%20switches/pool%20and%20spa%20time%20switches.aspx
http://www.intermatic.com/products/timers/mechanical%20time%20switches/24%20hour%20dial.aspx
http://www.intermatic.com/customer%20service/instruction%20manuals.aspx

I have been unable to locate manual specific for these products, and I have looked.
I was looking yesterday for this instruction manual.
Some wiring diagrams appear on following page, but again it depends on your specific model
http://waterheatertimer.org/How-to-wire-T104-Intermatic-timer.html
http://waterheatertimer.org/Intermatic-trippers-and-parts.html#T100

The T101R series is designed to control pool pump and pool heater.
Fireman's switch automatically turns off pool heater 20 minutes before pool pump is scheduled to turn off.
So you set the trippers on dial, and then the fireman's switch does the rest automatically.

Add a comment with in-focus photo of inside of timer door and I can put together all the information and simplify instructions. Put your digital camera in 'macro' with the flower-symbol to take close-up photos. Photo has to be in focus so I can read information and see wiring schematic.

My intermatic pool tmer will not set time or let me auto. turn to on so I can't filter or backwash pool

Problem points to electric power.

1) For best possible free answer, please add a comment and give model number that shows inside timer door.
This will give expert access exact manual for the equipment you have, and show what voltage you are working with.

2) You can also review Intermatic pool timer sell sheet, and pool timer site to help identify product:
http://waterheatertimer.org/pdf/Pool-and-spa-catalog.pdf
http://www.poolandspacontrols.com/products.aspx

3) If you have mechanical dial timer, see if manual override works.
And then check electric power.
Check circuit breaker.
Check if manual override works.

4) If you have P1353 digital electronic timer:
http://waterheatertimer.org/images/P1353ME-digital-time-clock-mechanism.jpg
P1353 digital electronic timers have auto setting.
Check programming.
Programming for P1353 is complicated, and longer than space allowed for free answer.
http://waterheatertimer.org/pdf/Intermatic-P1353-manual.pdf
Programming starts on page 25, and you can add a comment about any specific part of manual that is confusing.

I have an intermatic RC3621RT 5 circuit timer with remote controls for the spa. I'd like to upgrade, but I cant find a cross reference for a new box that would be the same. Can you help?

Following pdf file shows Intermatic pool and spa controls
http://waterheatertimer.org/pdf/Pool and Spa.ashx.pdf
PE40000 series has remote control and 5 SPST circuits (3 timed with timer and 2 on-demand with remote control). Can be wired for both 120V and 240V circuits, so pump can be 240 and lights 120, or both 120.

The new timers are electronic
