I am unable to do anything on my computer

Try this fix from Microsoft.  Some users have found it works.

Use the file vcredist_x86.exe if you've got a standard Windows setup (i.e. 32 bit, not 64 bit).  As always check the system requirements.

try hitting control>shift>escape at the same time to bring up task manager. then, go to the task manager "file" tab, and select "run" type in "explorer" and hit enter. if windows does not open, then you will have to reinstall explorer.exe in your windows folder.

find a computer with the same version of windows as your own, and hook up your hard drive as an external or secondary drive in that machine. copy the file "explorer.exe" from the windows folder on that computer to the windows folder of your laptop drive.

if that doesnt wortk, you will have to find some sort of registry repair utility that can be booted, i.e. ran without windows. or, perhqaps, you have blocked yourself out of the windows folder with permissions or group policy...

youll prolly have to reinstall windows in the end, cause explorer.exe doesnt usually disapear unless there are other problems

browser.dll can also be reinstalled, it basically is just needed for internet explorer.

It sounds like registry error

Google it.

You can reinstall the entire operative system with the CD that comes with your laptop, or with the restoration partition. See user's manual. This is the best way to fix error in a PC. Before restore the OS, backup your personal data.

This seems to be a service on your computer failing to load during startup. You need to check your start-up programs for this file. To do this, click Start-->Run, type "msconfig". When the dialog windows opens, go to the "Startup" tab. Scroll through the list of applications started everytime you boot the computer. If you find "77301443.exe", disable it by unchecking the box next to its name, and click Ok.
You will be prompted to reboot your computer. 
However, before rebooting your computer. It would be a good idea to run any anti-virus or anti-spyware software, clean any viruses or spyware, and then reboot the computer.

I think because of the power failure, some parts in your hard drive are broken, bad sector may be.
So, when reinstalling, I suggest you to do full format, not a quick format. That way, the installation will recognize the place where bad sector is located, and will not put anything at that place.
Can not load component, usually because windows can not read from the disk.

there is a great possiblility that your explorer.exe is corrupted by existing virus in your computer. purchase or update you antivirus program and scan your computer immediately.
