I have an acer keyboard, can anyone tell me where I find the pound sign.? All answers I've found say it shares the 3 key with the # mines a · instead of the pound?
Totype the Euro sign in Windows, you press the alt key+0128. As for the Sterlingpound symbol, you can type it by pressing the alt key+0163. You can have a lookat this site where it lists ways to type currency symbols.

Please note that you have to type the 4-digit code on thenumeric keypad (do not use the normal number keys) while holding down the Altkey.

Hello,
Go into the Control Panel Regional Settings and change the default country or install additional keyboards. You can cycle through the keyboards (switching from one to the next) by a pressing Shift Alt or Alt Shift.
Hope it helps.
