Like many of you, the ear hook on my Bluetooth head set snapped off and the manufacturer only makes replacement ear hooks for some of their models. The H375 is not one of them. I followed earlier advice given suggesting we call the toll free Motorola number. First off, you should know that my head set is still under warranty. Motorola offered to replace the entire H375 unit. In return I need to send back the broken one after the new one arrives. A return address is provided by Motorola and sent to my email address. I also need to include my receipt of purchase to prove that it is sill under warranty, since they just took my word for it over the phone. Make sure you make an extra copy of your receipt. Motorola obtained a credit card number from me pay for the new unit IF for some reason I don't return the old one within one month. They assured me they would not charge my credit card by mistake. I love this FixYa web site - I've been going crazy trying to find a solution. Thanks.

The ear hook on my H500 broke as well. I called Motorola (866-289-6686) and they are mailing me a replacement. Even though This bluetooth has a 1-year warranty. I purchased mine in Jan. 2007 and was covered but the rep didn't verify anything regarding the purchase date so even if you're outside of your warranty, you might still give it a shot.
