Dishnetwork dont work on polaroid tv - Polaroid 1720-7 Remote Control

• Try to use tv codes for Mitsubishi tv
• Toshiba code 678 works for a Polaroid TV model FLM-1514B on the universal remote function of my Dishnetwork remote.
• THE UEI TV code for polaroid tv/dvd combo is 1991. The dvd code equivalent of that code is dvd 1480.
• Here's the technical info for each of those Polaroid TV codes.

0019 = NEC1, device code 4
0054 = RC-5, device codes 0 and 3
0150 = Mits, device code 71
0178 = NEC1, device code 4
0765 = NEC1, device code 64
1256 = NEC1, device code 64
1276 = $0057, device code 71

One of the codes you can use for a Polaroid T.V is (627). In order to try to get the remote programed you need to press and hold the clear T.V button for 5 seconds until all the other buttons light up once they are lid let go of T.V button and enter the number 627 followed by the pound key (#). Then the T.V button should flash 3 times after that you can try your volume or powering on and off your T.V. If you follow the link below, you will find the instructions to a power scan, which will address the DISH remote to your tv. If this is already done, GREAT! But for the future, this is a quick and easy process!

they dont list it as a combo unit but try 588 or 594 for the vcr button and 632, 657, 662, 692, 694, or 846 for the tv button

Get a new remote or try it again with new batteries.

Dish has a new remote out called a 21.0 remote wHich is for an IR/UHF capable remote. This remote has the most updated codes of any remote and may work with the Polaroid TV you mentioned. You can call Dish technical support to verify the codes for the TV. I am not in the office and do not have access to these codes at present. If you wish you can also go to dishnetwork.com and go to the tech portal to verify that information. If you have had no sucess I will have that information for you tonight. Check required Codes for TV Here for DishNetwork remote.

Try calling the Dish network customer support phone number. Only they can tell you the code for the remote you have, that matches the box you have.

If you have the manual for the poloroid it should tell you if the Polaroid is a universal remote and show codes in the manual. If no codes in the Polaroid manual then it is not a universal, so it can not be done.
