Question about Canon PIXMA MP600 all-In-One InkJet Printer
I've had the mp600 for 1 year and have scanned about 3 documents in the past with no problem. Today, I have tried numerous times to scan the document and the printer/scanner is not responding. Initially, every time I pressed the scan button, my laptop would open a program called MuVee Producer and a message would appear on my laptop screen to say that " another user is using muvee producer...try again later." That drove me insane so I uninstalled that software. I turned my printer off and tried to scan again. It sounded as if it was scanning, but nothing resulted. The printer/scanner is still presenting the 'scan document ' screen. Can you help me out please.
My printer does the same. And it's my third Canon printer and ever time when I try to scan a picture or etc. it just ends up saying that the printer can't communicate or that it's shut off. :(
