By record player keeps repeating little segments of the record being played and i have to move the arm forward a bit to get past that section of the song :S Anyone know how to fix this?
Is this on all records? if yes! you need to adjust the weight slightly, if the problem is with one record, clean the record in luke warm water and dry carefully, may solve the problem.

The adjustment for auto return position is normally at the tone arm base on the left side under a rubber grommet. Use a flat blade screw driver to move adjustment screw, then test. Keep fine tuning until arm lifts at desired position. Cheers John. Stylus City NZ
Thank you for the solution of moving the arm to the right and wait for the click, now my turntable works and Keely Smith is playing and sounding great!
Hi, Try this. with it turned off. Lift tone arm across a record to the run out groove and set it down. Now power up and hopefully it will reset itself. In all honesty I would sell it and get a decent old school player. John. Styluscity.com
Move the tone arm off the rest on to the record and it will start to spin. There is a switch that turns the player off when the tone arm is on the rest.
Hello,
A. Do not try to close the case when there is a record inside!! The fact that the turntable cannot do this is not a design flaw--you'll be hard pressed to find a portable turntable that can close with a record inside because if you were to pick up the player with one inside, it could easily slip off of the spindle and scratch against the sides of the player.
B. Are you using the cueing lever to lift the tone arm before you place it on the record? Read the instructions to see where the cuing lever is (it's a little switch on the right side of the tone arm). When you lift it, the tone arm will lift up and allow you to position it wherever you want on a record, then you depress the lever to make the tone arm touch the record and being playing.
I hope that helps!
also check the needle for dirt and dust... try blue tacking a 5p coin to the top on the needle to give it a little more weight, if the needle stays in place then the arm balance if off, and unless there is a mechanism to adjust that on this turntable then i guess its a return!
You cannot adjust the tracking force on these types of record players...
