Try resetting the camera by removing thebattery for 15 mins. Then install the fully charged battery in the camera andgo to the menu and set the Date and Time.If this does not work then this camera needs to be sent away forrepairs. Just like a motor vehicle, some repairs to your camera require atechnical specialist to fix your problem.

There are a couple of posibilities. First, have you run the print head tests to confirm that all the printheads are firing properly? The second posiblity is that the optical sensor for the paper feed is dirty or defective and it is not feeding the paper properly. Run the print head tests first and if that all tests good, post back and I will explain how to clean the sensor. It is fairly complicated and I don't want to type the whole thing out to find out it was just a bad/misalinged printhead.

Recently the picture on regular channels has stripes running through it but when I watch HD channels, the stripes don't appear. What is wrong?

I don't believe the trouble is with your TV. My guess is that you don't have adequate signal for the Analog channels. Make sure all the connections are secure.
Does this also happen when playing DVDs?
Have you contacted your CATV or Satellite provider for assistance?

Prints photos with yellow horizontal stripes.Hv downloaded HP printing diagnostic utility and no errors were reported. If just using scanner to copy photos, prints fine but copying photos in library p

go into the printer and do a test print. start>printer & faxes>right click on the printer in question>properties>printer preference button> test print ... try the printer's own test print. This is usually caused by a poor print head, low ink, poor cartridge or the need for calibration. Look in the maintenance tab in the printer properties for head cleaner, jet cleaner etc. This also happens with refill ink cartridges.

Lines appearing across printed photographs

Normal 0 Driver could be corrupt.
Disconnect the printer or at least be sure it is turned off. I'd do both and reinstall the CD software program that came with the printer. When the software program asks you to connect the printer to the USB port, do so and it should again work properly.
Hope this helps. Bud

I assume you're using photo paper.

Go to File/Print. Click Properties. Click Media Type and chose the photo paper you are using, whether it's Photo Paper Pro or whatever. If you're printing using Plain paper and you have photo paper in the printer, you'll get the stripes.

Hope that helps
