Had the clock for about 60 days, and the projection clock has suddenly stopped working. It is very faintly lit, and all the "pieces" of the numbers are lit at once (88:88). The front-facing clock is fine, as are the sound and radio functions. Tried turning clock off and then on again, no help.
Just solved my problem that was like yours. turn the clock off at the power for ten minutes and when you turn it back on it should work. mine did!

i have the exact same problem all the nimbers are lit up and the projection doesnt work. only difference is that the same time this happenend the alarm went off at 2.30am and was set for 5.00am and the time was an hour behind
My projection stopped and turning it off for did not work.
I don't have this exact model, but very similar and my projection is bits and pieces and very faint too. Now the alarm is picking and choosing when it wants to go off also. This is not worth the mony I paid for it.
I had same problem with projection on clock, after a lightening storm, I unpluged it from wall for 10 minutes and when turned back on it worked,

Clock works fine, keeps time, and music/sounds play but the projection is all fuzzy, as if the lense needs to be cleaned somehow. Manual does not describe a specific way to clean it either.
try to reset the clock and can't get some of the functions to work
